New Stamina Settings

For some reason, on my private dedicated server, Stamina is not being used. Anyone else see this?
Well, I see Stamina being used when fighting, but not when sprinting or climbing. Is that supposed to be that way? My character is wearing medium armor.

Update: If I set stamina use in Survival settings to anything below 1.0, no stamina is used when sprinting, climbing, or swimming. I am assuming that the regen rate is higher than depletion rate in that case. So I reset Stamin use back to 1.0 in those settings. This just seems messed up to me.

Yeah. I see this as well. This must be a side effect of the changes that they made to the stamina system. It may even be a completely expected side effect if we understood what specific changes were made in code.
