No guards at the Unnamed City Western Entrance

Here’s another occasional glitch I’ve noticed. When I’ve travelled from the East and exited the Unnamed City at the Western guarded entrance some times the guards don’t spawn. That would be the 2 large lizardman skeletons and the silent legion skeleton. This only happens when I travel from east to west. It’s happened to me enough to notice it though. Although I consider this a very minor bug.
