Not a single npc or creature even treasure chest everything are gone. Exept in the dungeon. I reinstall the game and nothing. Also a few creatures on the east side of the big lake east of new asgar, elks and wolf.

Hello @Phytius, welcome to the forums!
The Volcano and Asagarth areas ( together with a few other ones ) have been reworked, as you can verify in the patch notes post, which involved removing or relocating certain npc spawnpoints and chest locations, so this is not an issue.
