Issue Type: Unable to login. Infinite loading screen that times out

Server Name: 1500, 1501, 1502, 1520
Mods: None
Multiple attempts to login to Official Servers 1500, 1501, 1502, 1520, resulted in infinite login times leading to time out. Attempts to login to private servers were successful so the problem appears to be Official Servers only.

same for 1504, zero players online, cannot connect to it

some EU servers don’t even appear on the list,
like 1038,1037,1040,1041,1042,1043,6008,6433…
I can not see any EU server for 2 hours now. If there is a downtime for bugfixes or updates, the players should be informed. But I can not find any information concerning this topic.
We are hard pressed to prepare for the upcoming update. And Funcom leaves us alone - as usual.
Funny (not really) thing is that microsoft store players weren’t able to log in for a couple days because the hotfix they pushed took a while. And now we can’t get in at all because the servers are offline and we are only a few days away from being locked out of official servers forever.
Yes, everyone has the same thing, there are just no official servers.

they are online, but all their ip have changed

All LATAM Exiled Land Servers as well, 1975 / 1976 / 1979 (new) / 1980 (new) are unable to login
