Not able to upgrade temple

[Free text] I have built a Sepulcher of Set and placed a T4 (named) priest (Hoshun the Fang) in the alter but it’s not giving me the option to upgrade to the next altar level, anyone have any ideas?

Right now there bug and disappear when going to t3. So best hold off.

As for question, Did you buy feat to make T2?

It was my fault, I forgot I had to learn the upgrades.
