Not receiving battle pass benefits from the current event

Bug Description:

Currently there is supposed to be an event from the 6th to the 20th that gives 20 battle pass XP multipliers per day as well as additional multipliers to the challenges themselves. I am receiving only the normal 5 multipliers per day and not a single one of my challenges has any exp boosts aside from the normal 10x when I have my normal 5 XP multipliers per day. I have friends in the same server with me that are getting their battle pass benefits including the 20 multipliers per day and up to 50x challenge exp. I have purchased the battle pass and I’m not receiving the benefits others are.

Bug Reproduction:

Log in and check my battle pass challenges. All that is listed is the normal 5 XP multipliers per day and no additional challenge experience boosts.

If so, are you still finding this behavior?

Please, send us screenshots of the new challenges after the reset in order to verify if the number of challenges remain the same.
