On official server NPC names have disappeared for me. Have restarted app and Xbox. Still have not come back

Welcome to the Forum. Do you mean the names of your personal thralls that you have named? If so do they show up in companion list? Is anyone else having the problem on your server

Untamed thralls and I’m not sure if anyone else is having this issue

You could file this in the bug report section. It’s easier for Forum Admin to find
When we play on Siptah NPC,S are in English you kill them they are in German. Have not seen any one with no name at all have you checked your settings not sure if you could accidentally change it 
our server just did a reboot can not check now
