Official 4520 server does not connect

Still to appear in the list to connect me and my friends, who dedicate many hours to this server, I can not connect, since 3 days ago. What would be the solution?

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. search for server 4520 on ps4
  2. try to connect
  3. cry because you will not succeed
