Helo @Dana and @Toolguy can we get an update on progress please?

yesterday i saw you say all of dev team was notified but 1530 iss still down it has been almost a week

if this can not be fix can we petition to turn off the decay on the servers being DDoS attacked?

and before you think “we will set it to holiday hours” you tried that before in 2025 and bases still decayed because the hours do not kick on untill teh player logs in to refresh it to max. don’t do that again please! that did not work or help

This issue should now be resolved. Can you try connecting to the server and see if it works?
As for the DDoS claims, we are still investigating what caused this server to not work properly.

still can not login, it does show online but it has been showing online for 7 days. nobody can connect to it though they time out.

still down, can you tell the devs that restarting it is not a fix. someone is doing this intentionally to it so a restart can’t fix it

it now 17:25 eastern time and i am able to get in again to 1530 with the join button!
(direct wasnt workin)

For anyone trying to get in update your client and use the join button not direct connect.

hopefully this window is big enough for us all to refresh our bases <3

This player joined and then this error showed up… Now 1530 is down again.
Infinity loading time again. Seems the hackers are still attacking servers.

** edit 1535 and 1600 are down too.

Hey Skrill :wink: been a while. By the way, the reason the direct connection was not working is because there is a new IP address for 1530. 45.137.247.44:28400

Looks like unfortunately the hackers figured that out already….

Thank you everyone for your continued patience and understanding.

Our dev team is still investigating the root cause of the issue and hopefully they will be able to resolve it soon.
Right now, I don’t have any new information to share but as soon as I have new details about this situation, I will share it here.

you do know decay timers are turned off and your ddosing is doing absolutely nothing but wasting YOUR time lmfao…rent free in your mind all day is pretty sad
