Bug Description:
Server 1502 becomes unplayable for nearly an hour during the last hours of purge (6PM to 7PM PST). This is everyone on it. Everyone is able to move about, but stamina doesn’t restore, mobs don’t spawn, and everything stops spawning. We are able to communicate in global chat for the most part. I did a poll, and 22 people responded that they were having problems during this period. It’s happening right as I post this. Additionally, a person who was supposed to get a purge didn’t get a purge spawn. It’s like the server just got stuck or something and is unplayable. Logging out and logging back in does not fix this.
This seems to happen regularly, and usually in the last purge of the day.
Expected Behavior:
To be able to play the game on Official Server 1502.

No mods are installed.
Steps to Reproduce:
Be online during the last purge hour of the day on Official Server 1502. Anywhere in the Exiled Lands on the server. You can check it right now if you like.
