I am seriously considering setting up a public hosted server at this point, pre pay for like a year, so then we can just control the restartes , fixes etc :confused:

Down all day without a word from customer support? Absolutely atrocious.

Why are you not restarting Server 1555 ? Do SOMETHING !!! Start a new server, fix the old one, you kicked off MANY players without any feedback. HORRIBLE communication on this issue !!!

1550 in the same boatā€¦still offline since Sunday morningā€™s restart time (according to our Discord).

Gportal was able to respond twice on Sunday about the server youā€™re supposed to be responsible for.

Sent a ticket to Funcom at roughly the same time yesterday. So let me ask a question.. Is your ticket backlog longer than our decay timers?

This is not the only official server that has been down, people were trying to get into 1550 and 1561 and they were missing the entire day and I just checked before posting, still not up.

Perhaps it is a grid of servers but as another poster mentioned, so much for everyone getting the full benefit of the gathering/xp bonus for the 24 hour rollback. You only could take advantage of the entire time if your server was not left crashed for day(s).

Katarina here but what the heck is going on? if servers are gonna be offline at give us longer decay times for structures. Some of my portals disappeared because I couldnā€™t login!

The lack of communication regarding this, especially after 24+ hours, is pretty rough. Iā€™d take ANY update because at least then Iā€™ll know the issue is being looked at.

It is pretty obvious they dontā€™ care about this game or the community as much as Dune..but that game will go down the same path as this one because FC failsā€¦all the time.

I had a spider egg in my pocket and itā€™s definitely hatched by now and I need to put that baby spider in a stable before it dies (in my pocket).

When a server is offline, time is frozen, decay timers, and stuff like that are frozen.. until it comes back up

@Dana Multiple official servers down and no response or even an acknowledgement from you guys? This is after poor communication led us to waste hours of game-time last week, which was compensated by 2x XP / gathering, which we now lost out on? What is going on here?
