We are aware of this issue and currently working alongside G-Portal to get all affected servers back up and running.

Can we get any more of an update here? Timeline, reason for outage, anything? You guys finally commented after multiple servers were already down for 48 hours, but this is the only info provided? Not to mention that this comes after a poorly communicated server rollback a week earlier. This is pretty ridiculous.

Sadly this has historically always been what kills this amazing game.. People join, we have an active, healthy fun population, server dies for many days, no word, nothing, then when it does finally return, 80% of those players we saw every day.. they are gone, on to another game.. it sucks and I do not understand why they do this
Just an FYI, 1550 is back up…but it seems the database either wasn’t reloaded or was lost.
…1550 is a “fresh start” world now. 
So who knows what will be for the other servers that were down.

same on 1555 for me. character gone. im sticking to 1554
just logged into check no way all my hard work as disappeared FUNCOM you guys are an absolute joke first you rolled us back because of your shit patch you decided to release with out ever testing it not you delete are server characters and everything else we had a great community on 1555 i want a refund
The situation with the affected servers has now been resolved. You should be able to see and connect to these servers.
