dana, hard to call this a solution. Everything was wiped, you could of atleast informed us in your post when you claimed solution. It’s hard not to be frustrated witht the lack of transparency.
also, we lost out on the double exp and double harvest rate that you gave us because of the rollback (due to some servers being negatively affected by the update) so now that our servers have been negatively affected, as in EVERYTHING GONE AND CHARACTER RESTART. Are you going to give us double exp and double harvest rate? @Dana@Community
This is what i suspected, when they crashed, it was a cluster of servers running on a group of clouds on the same Server PC’s and when it originally crashed they lost the saves, wich is why they never came back.. all they have done is remadde the servers on new clouds.. in essence, NEW servers.. with the old names.. it was never “resolved” ..sigh
Writing this as a “Solution” is the really insane; you guys wiped the entire server! Were you completely unaware that this happened, or did you just not care? Either way, absolutely unacceptable. Also, no explanation as to why the entire server was down for three straight days? What is going on with you guys? This an astounding level of incompetence. @Community
Well, the server is back with our characters, with only a 24-36 hour rollback. @Dana@Community since we got screwed 2x in the last two weeks, can we get that 2x XP/Gathering again? Or did we just waste more of our time again?
I lost the 4 names thralls in my wheel due to the roll back 2nd time I’ve lost things I needed because of Funcom mess ups with that being said those on 1555 I’ll be giving my base full of items away Saturday at noon Central standard time as a final farewell to the game hope to see you there
@Dana go ahead and just wipe the server again, atleast it played good that 1 day. server has so much lag even with a few people online. and items just go missing from chests, with nothing in the event log. ill send a bunch of bug reports for everything that has happened since the server has been back up. but idk, seems pointless and like this server will be bugged forever.
