The server has crashed/restarted/went offline 3 times today. The last time it went left me pretty annoyed cuz I was mid level 4 surge 
Can some admin check what’s happening and why it keeps doing that?
Again today the server crashes during surge, I keep losing ??? essence and can’t complete a surge. Please admins, fix this issue! I’m so mad that all the essence I’ve saved has been lost because of the server issues.

I have sent you the log file after the third surge attempt crash. I have tried turning down graphics settings (unsure if that would help considering I’m not the one crashing), trying a different leyshrine for the fourth attempt and still it crashed. I rejoined the server temporarily after it crashed to save my thrall and then disconnected. I can send this log file too if needed
Update - I completed a single level 4 surge a couple of days ago. Yesterday the server crashed multiple times while I was just exploring/doing vaults so I didn’t bother trying a surge.
@HighSaint can I get an update? Is anything being done at all?
