Official server 8072 will not load. The loading bar fills but will not let you in game.

I have the same problem. It stays on the loading screen for over 20 minutes without ever letting you into the game.
You need to report this via zendesk or g portal.
They will restart the server. Or wait for the regular server restart.
BTW be carful with the loading screen. I had this problem last year on official pvc and while I am waiting in loading screen I died Because of hunger. It seems that sometimes you are online in the world while this loading screen.
