Last chest in the vaults can have it, the same one that the sigil is in. You can also get it from schematic fragments I think.

Hmmm I’m on the fence with the amount of rng surrounding drops on Siptah. I enjoy the randomness of not knowing what I’m getting but when you’re really chasing something in particular it can get a bit much.

Understatement of the year. In my case, it’s absurd.
After many months of several hundred vaults, and over 40 recipes from schematics recently, I still haven’t found the (read from an obelisk on EL) recipe I’ve been looking for.
