Online game can't see last update

Game mode: Online private
Server type: PvE 193.164.16.45:7888

When i try to connect to my server it says “lost contact with the game organizer” and “incompatible version of the game, update the game”.

Windows 10 Pro (64)
CPU Intel Xeon E5 1650 @ 3.20GHz
32GB RAM
ATI AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT
wireless connection 90Mbps.

Step-by-step process:
1.Start the game pushing bottom “Play” in Steam (it means the game’s updated).
2.Same in louncher.
3.Choose online mode and enter my server numbers and password.
4.I always play without mods. I’ve never had problems before this update :smirk_cat:

Was the server updated? Did you try restarting steam and verifying the game files?

When you start the game in single-player and press ESC to get to the menu, what game version are you seeing at the bottom? I am trying to confirm that your client was indeed fully updated.

This is the correct version, your client is fully updated then. The issue must be with the server. Is the server rented from g-portal?
