Please look at whatever is checking whether we own the items we buy.
It is very very annoying not having them available when we want them having paid money to use them.
The amount of times this happens after waiting near an hour to get on a full server only to have to log off again and pray that it registers this time.

When before you login there is a spot if you are having problems use ingame purchases should fix you up. Just logged out for the night or I could give better description I have read it works
