Bug Description:

2023.02.07 patch broke following

Bug Reproduction:

  1. Tell human thrall to follow
  2. Mount horse
  3. Ride away
  4. Human thrall gets lost for extended periods. It is out of sight and does not return. Commands to move, attack, and return are ignored.
  5. This is a longstanding issue that was manageable before patch 2023.02.07 and has gotten significantly worse with patch 2023.02.07
