Thralls will not follow or fight

Bug Description:

Thralls will not follow

Bug Reproduction:

Pick a thrall, ordered them to follow me, thrall did not follow or move with me. I tried this with multiple thralls and all of them would not move with me or attack with me. They rubber banded in place and did not move as intended.

This is now worse after the patch today. My thralls will not follow at all.

My thralls won’t go in the water. If I try to swim somewhere, the thrall stops at the water and eventually just disappears.
