Payments stuck at pending

I have been trying to resub and buy funcom points. Have used all types of payment methods possible but the payments either fail or get stuck at pending. Please send help Funcom Support #1182516. Thank you happy new year.

Didnt work for me either but eventually I could make it work.
-Use the new web site.
-Delete your payment method by credit card.
-Buy points and select the credit card payment method.
-Now you will be asked to verify the payment via your credit card bank (e.g. log into the credit card app and provide the pass code). After this the payment should happen.

For some reason the funcom website wont ask you to do this verification with existing payment methods. I have to follow this process each time I buy points.
