Bug Description:
surge level 4 (!000 chaos) , thrall table is broken in wave 2, no crafters coming,… (not even the non named crafters such as. traskmaster, smelters, alchemist, cooks, tanners, this problem happen on Official servers, unnoficial servers, and SINGLE PLAYER
Bug Reproduction:
fill up a surge any level up to surges with 1000 chaos, hit lever kill all in waVE 1 and see that wave two does not bring the thralls it is suppsed to bring (NO CRAFTERS) .
i am assuming the issue is related to the tables, that govern what NPCs drops.
