Help… I took my first pet out before it was done. Now none will work.
Did something similar.
Went to take out a finished bear, and hit the wrong key and took out everything. Put everything back in and nothing would tame, put a new pet in and it would not tame.
Had to destroy the pen and build a new one.
Was afraid of that…

Please provide a detailed bug report on the bug subforums. I hope it will get fixed asap that way!
