'Pending Connection Failure - Could not connect to server. Authentication failed!

I’ve done fresh installs for both the game and battle eye and forwarded the necessary ports on my router already and even with my firewall disabled I still can’t connect to the game.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Run Conan Exiles
  2. After Cinematic I get 'Pending Connection Failure - Could not connect to server. Authentication failed!
  3. Disconnecting from server
  4. Arrive at title menu and click on play online/SinglePlayer coop
  5. Logging In - Connecting to funcom live service
  6. Failed to Login! - Please restart or try again

For anyone else having this same issue try running the BattleEye launcher called ConanSandbox_BE.exe in admin mode. I was running the one in the BattleEye folder and it turns out that was what was causing the issues for me.
