Pickup notification widget bug - small item icons

Bug: Pick-up notification widget bug shows small icons for some items
How to reproduce:

1. Harverst mushrooms, yellow lotus or fiber.
2. You’ll notice the pickup notification widget that pops-up in right lower side of screen shows smaller icons for yellow lotus, handful of insects, pufball mushroom
