Ping 9999 in the server selection list, after the storm started

After the storm started, there was a disconnect from the game. After that in the server selection list ping 9999

1.While located in the North of the Isle of Siptah , weather darkened before the storm. As soon as the storm started ( I believe) there was a disconnect from the game.
2. 5 times I restarted the game client and the server ping was always 9999 ( there is no way to connect).
More than 45 minutes have passed
