Ping 9999 official server down?

Seemingly an hour after the patch, official server #6444 has gone down completely and the ping has been maxxed out to - 9999 for the last 6 hours? Whats going on? Supposedly the hotfix addressed some bugs but the only noteable change was thralls no longer follow you, our horses now sound Rocknoses, and now the server is down. Please address this, this random issue left my character in danger. “Hotfix”… :unamused:

down again same time as yesterday :face_with_raised_eyebrow: are we going to lose another 6 hours of play or will get this handled :tired_face:

Down again :thinking: and punching still makes the rocknose sound effect
