My 4 thralls were killed because your server shuts down 10 times a day with no announcements. Fix it, it is not possible to play!!!

Me being a player myself I can totally relate to your situation, as I’ve experienced crashes as of late too and lost important resources.

Can you offer an explanation to why some of the official servers are down for 4 hours every morning? At first I thought it was hotfixes or updates but it happens every morning
