Since this morning I can’t see Official server 1050. I was playing that server yesterday with a friend and today we can’t find the server. We though maybe was a maintenance, but is 15:40 and it was more than 5-6h offline.
Anyone know what happens with that server?
We can’t find any info.
I sent a ticket to Zendesk 6 hours ago.
but maybe they’ll get the Thralls down from the sky and it will take a little longer.
How many hours is normal for that?
I mean, we’re waiting for 10 hours aprox…
Is this really the only place where they can give some answers and even the people from funcom don’t answer here?
Why has an official server been offline for more than 24 hours?
It doesn’t matter if it should be longer, but what is the reason and the approximate time? Couldn’t you say something about it?

Same… I sent an e-mail and also submit a ticket in zendesk, but no answer.
