Player stuck in water after using consumables

Player character gets stuck in water after using a consumable. I think this is related to new water combat feature.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. get in water (floating or underwater makes no difference).
  2. consume food
  3. try to move with W-A-S-D keys only.
  4. character is stuck in place

This also happens after sheathing the weapon. You sheathe your weapon, you get stuck instantly, unable to move.

In addition to this bug, you can also not place items on quick bar(shortcut bar) while in a body of water.
