Please fix the sand storm, it is every 10 minutes … !!!

I finally turned it off on my ps4 server. It’s a pain cutting right through walls. Sure can not be good for newbies since it doesn’t seem restricted. Please fix.
Everytime i come to B7 on official PVP, low population server there is sandstorm. The same if someone log in starting area.
Was is the point to wait this thing stop to continue playing???
I think it’s every time someone logs in, and the sandstorm that appears right after you log in doesn’t deal any damage (in my limited experience).
As for the invisible sandstorm that does deal damage, I haven’t been able to see a pattern yet.
