Funcom urgently needs a system for reporting unfair players and cheaters. Yesterday, a player on the official PvP server managed to break into my base outside of PvP building damage time, kill me and escape through the locked door. He even killed my beloved bear Ludwig. This is a misdemeanor that has really taken a toll on your motivation. Again and again there are complaints of unfair actions of other players and are powerless to do anything about it. We have noticed that without a reporting system it does not work anymore.

If you want to report an infraction in any of our official servers, please contact us via Direct Message in our forums. You can do so by going to your profile, selecting Message, and in the recipient field type in @Community
