🚨 how do we report people now?

Hello,

I’m trying to report a serious exploit on Official Server 3811, but there seems to be no working way to submit a report anymore. The old Zendesk link is gone, the in-game ticket system does not get any replies, and I can’t find any clear instructions on how players are supposed to report major issues.

What I’ve Tried Already

  • Used the in-game ticket system multiple times → never got a response

  • Looked for Zendesk — seems removed/redirected

  • Checked forums for updated contact method — found nothing

At this point, reporting anything feels impossible.

What’s Happening on Server 3811

A clan called LOL BV ALL is using a building method that makes their base fully unraidable. They are meshing Rose Glass Windows and foundations halfway on BOTH sides of walls, so the damage hitbox is completely buried inside the wall. Because of this, all raid damage only does 1 damage — no matter what we use.

Location: G10, near the Dam / Keyhole

Evidence ready: screenshots, video, and coordinates

Don’t know.

No one seems to check this forum either. Within a week activity by devs.

I think this is the new way to report problems, but I am not sure anyone is maintaining it, still it’s worth a try

Report the player (PSN ID) to PlayStation with video evidence.

This is PlayStation’s Code of Conduct: PlayStation Network Code of Conduct

PlayStation is nothing like Funcom and will take action immediately upon seeing actual EVIDENCE, resulting in the player’s ACCOUNT being suspended, which means the person being suspended will not be able to play any games, even offline. Suspensions are temporary (~14 days) or permanent if a violator is reported multiple times: Suspensions on PlayStation

NOTE: Grievers have not been able to exploit suspension to unfairly target people because actual evidence of the violation is required. PlayStation records EVERYBODY’S gameplay history. So, even if you do not have a video, but know the game, time, and PSN ID, PlayStation will find the evidence using that information and take action against the violator (with evidence).

It makes no sense for PlayStation players to report cheaters/exploiters to Funcom knowing that Funcom never does or says anything sufficient, when reporting the player to PlayStation is ALWAYS a sure thing for dealing with cheaters/grievers. I report a player for ANY violation that erodes gameplay and I always get a response from PlayStation and can see what the outcome is within 24 to 48 hours (cheaters/grievers suspended). Furthermore, you can BLOCK players on the PlayStation Network. This is one of the reasons I am glad that I only use a PlayStation for gaming. It is beneath me how cheating/grieving is still an issue for anybody on PlayStation when you can block players directly and/or report them to PlayStation.

Your server is not the only one this happens on. Have seen it a few times and the only way I have found to deal with it is to stop playing the server. It is an Exploit which Funcom needs to address.

Ehhhm you can listen to me and safe you alot of your precious lifetime by not wasting it on reports which funcom doesnt read or react to anyways, or you can listen to the well known brainded idiots here in this forum who will say: keep on trying, spam them with reports, at some point they will react, i heard somebodys aunts sister of a colleague got an answer from them……….HAHA……..idiots!

I can only assume that you are writing with a hacked account trying to get it banned for some odd, disturbing reason…

They don’t really take action no more I reported someone that was fully meshed, full base and all and nothing happened.

honestly I do not blame everyone for cheating they have no problem getting away with it.

maybe I needa buy me a lag switch jajaja

I can’t say for sure if they have stopped acting on reports, but I know that several players on an EL server I play on has reported a guy who has made gigantic cities all over the map, and he is still expanding on his empire every time he see a spot becoming available in the popular areas.
Players said that he has been reported a lot with no result, so maybe you and they are right that Funcom no longer prioritize reports, there are definitely some official servers out there where you can see breaking of TOC in pretty much all areas of the map… It is the wild west :joy:
