If someone know how to help me out reply here or dm me on discord Geo#3455

maybe your hard drive is corrupted. Do you checked game files? In steam options. What is your hardware and oc and etc?

The problem is, if your game files are corrupted, uninstalling a Steam game and reinstalling likely won’t help because the game files aren’t completely removed when you uninstall. The only solution I know is to first format your harddrive – not an option to most people who have lots of things installed.
If there’s someone who knows how to completely remove installed files when uninstalling a program from Steam, advice would be greatly appreciated.

i got lots of things installed :frowning:

A few things that come to mind which you can try:

  • Use Steam’s “Verify” to verify all the files are OK.

  • Turn off any and all anti-virus schemes you may have running.

  • If that doesn’t do the trick open your PC and reseat the RAM, and the GPU while you’re at it too.

  • If that doesn’t help check the S.M.A.R.T. for the HDD the game is installed on and maybe the system drive as well. If there are sector relocation errors that could have been the problem. If the sector relocations are maxed out, you will need to replace the drive.

Ok the first 2 don’t work for me, gonna try the 3th and 4th but idk how to do that, gonna watch some youtube videos

The 3rd one is just to open the case, remove and re-insert the items one at a time. The connections sometimes get dirty or oxidized and can become intermittent.

The 4th is achieved by downloading a utility that displays S.M.A.R.T. information. I use “HD Tune Pro” cus it’s the only one I can understand but there are many for free and pay. Evidently I need to clean and wiggle some cables myself.

Anyway, I dunno if any of these will solve your problems but it’s possible and even probable to a degree.

The first you need maybe:

chkdsk /f or chkdsk /r /f from cmd console command.

If are using c: drive you need to restart the machine and wait for the test results, usually take a time, depending of the hdd type, but even in nvme pcie 4 lanes, take a time.

If all is ok, then try with the classics sfc and dism, again from cmd console in adm mode.

cmd console >>

sfc /scannow

It may say all is ok, or some archives repaired, or some archives were not repaired. Restart the machine and run dism same cmd adm rights.
Typical order:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Almost the last must be ok, if not, the best maybe follow the procedures about repair windows across google or so.

But ever, you need to know the hardware machine status.
Only have troubles with Steam apps?

For ‘yes’ you can try to verify the DX June 2010, some classic errors founded 0xc000007b or so.

The redistributable DirectX June 2010, almost in my case, don’t fix nothing if you have any dll 32 bits in the \windows\system32 folder and are using windows 64 bits.
Of course you can try reinstalling the redistributable first, and see the results.
If not the best mean verify the dll’s relateds with DX June 2010 by hand with the pad/mouse arrow over the archives, all must say 64bits in system32 folder, same about 32 bits items in syswow64 folder.
I have not all the dll’s names for reference, but google may help you or some user here with this info available.

Steam installation try to find if DX June… is present or need to be reinstalled, so maybe the mix of 32 / 64 dll’s failures I said.

Good luck!
