Tell me where to get the poisonous gland?

If you’re talking about sandbeast bile glands for venom infused weapons, my only guess it that they are potentially in the large end vault chests. Too bad these chests have consistently bugged out every day and don’t refill for the rest of the day.
I need these and no they are never in the chests.
Can’t get anywhere on Siptah, not even with a convergence trap!
