Which is probably 100% true. They can’t use it of they aren’t playing at all lol.
What the actual fuсk, pardon my language?! I’m not going to ask how this could have happened, but holy shіt, talk about something totally unexpected!
Yeah, and as long as we’re talking about precision splitting only, I can totally get how that happens. I mean, sure, I don’t remember the last time I played a game with inventory that allowed stacking and inventory management UI that did not have precision splitting, but sure, let’s say they just don’t play as much as the average player, so they don’t understand the finer points of why precision splitting is necessary.
But we’re talking about a change that went much, much further than that. Right-click to use is a fundamental part of playing Conan Exiles with keyboard and mouse. Which leads me to believe that they focused on improving controller input, made a change that reorganized that code and led to the loss of right-click functionality, and never got any feedback from anyone on the team.
This makes me wonder how few people are left on that team, if no one on it plays the game with mouse and keyboard enough to run into this during whatever testing they did for the chapter…
FWIW, I agree that calling them names is unnecessary, unproductive, and undeserved, but it’s really disheartening to see just how disconnected they are from the game
On a different note, maybe it would be worth opening a separate topic just for the right-click function? This thread has already been marked with the report-received
tag, so maybe they won’t come back to it at all.
