Predatory Blade a cruel joke?

So, I’ve collected many of the Unamed City drops the last few days and one of them was the Predatory Blade. This is a one hander that says it does a lot of dmg. With the dmg kit its crazy (103)

. Only problem is, it hits like a substandard epic. My Axe that is rated 40 damage lower can one hit a snake in volcano. This took 4 hits. What is going on here?

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Find Predatory Blade on Mini Boss in Unnamed City
  2. Put Dmg kit on it
    3.Watch it fail to do any real dmg and nothing like advertised

It is a riddle in the item description, that tells you how to use it.
