Can somebody tell me how you figure out where in the game it tells you to go to the Frost Temple to make the Armor once you’ve completed the Blacksmith task. Yes I know theres videos saying how to. But where in the game does it say to do it. I shouldn’t have to watch a frikin video to figure out how to do feats in this game. Did I miss something? Is it just by chance that someone stubbled upon it and put the word out?
I spend most my time building, losing it by not playing and building again. Finally decided to fo all the stuff in the game and wondered how one would know to go all the way up past giants that freeze you dead to get to a bench, to only find out you need certain items to craft it. Search “Pride of Aesir” in the knowledge.
Look at the armor pieces on the right, it says crafted in Frost Furnace or something.

. But Ive been playing games so long I would print out walk throughs for James Bond Golden Eye for collectables. So its been a thing for awhile. Just wondered if it was done on purpose to give youtube content providers content in exchange for them propping up the game and not say anything negative.

TBH, those tiny text are so easy to be overlooked.
Other recipes you will find in the Frost Temple, “Black Ice Tools”, are also crafted at Frost Smithy.
What’s worse is one of the recipes is wrong. The knowledge is called “Black Ice Pickaxe”, which teaches “Black Ice Pick”. There’s no Axe, only Pick. Took me a good while to figure it out. Guess you won’t find the same experience in Elden Ring though.
