Bug Description:
As of the August 19, 2025 update, when a player equips the Dark Templar Helmet from the Debaucheries of Derketo Pack DLC in third-person view, or when a follower wearing it is seen equipped, in other words, when it is depicted on the game screen, the game will instantly freeze. The same is true when equipped on a display doll of armor. This occurs with both the weak and strong Dark Templar Helmet. Also, if you do the above, the Dark Templar Helmet will always be loaded when you re-login, The server or single mode will be permanently unavailable. We hope for a fix soon @Community
Bug Reproduction:
Player equips the Dark Templar Helmet from the Debaucheries of Derketo Pack DLC in third-person view, or Follower wearing it is seen equipped, or The same is true when equipped on a display doll of armor.
I can’t confirm this, I just checked on a new Account (just to be sure) and it works (singleplayer/PS5). But I will not test this online for obvious reasons …
I tried two more approaches to this issue, which consistently freezes when The Dark Templar Helmet from The Debaucheries of Derketo Pack DLC appears on the screen.
1: PS Conan Exiles (North American version)
⇒ The game ran normally and did not freeze when The Dark Templar Helmet appeared on the screen.
2: PS Conan Outcasts (Japanese version)
⇒ The game froze 100% of the time when The Dark Templar Helmet appeared on the screen.
Therefore, this issue is likely a problem that only occurs in PS Conan Outcasts (Japanese version), and is a bug that arose during the localization process.
