PS4 can't log in to co-op server

We played with a friend in his co-op server, next day i can’t log into it, it says just “can’t join the game”, when we play in the same house and internet modem it working but in different places we can’t log into each others single servers. It worked before so why not now? Help

It seems there could be some setting in the router preventing connection (as it works in the same network). Please make sure to have the correct ports open.
