Co-op Game The problem with joining

Game mode: Single-player
Type of issue: **Co-op Game
The problem with joining *: [ PvE]

One of my colleagues can not join my game, I can join his game, together we can join another of my friends. I wonder where there is a problem if anyone can help I would be grateful
[Describe the bug here]

***We play on PC steam

I’m no expert on network connectivity, but I’d guess it’s a port that’s blocked on either your router or your modem (ISP level). Presumably whatever port is needed for others to connect to your hosted game.

Can your other friend join your co-op game?

So another colleague joins without a problem, all together we play on the official servers, a colleague with the problem can not join us in the game cooperation

Official servers and co-op are two very different connectivity types though. But isn’t the co-op option two players max anyway? Never actually used it.

I checked logged on his account with my PC and there was no problems connecting to the game cooperation, the problem probably is with him just do not know how to solve it

It’s not an account problem, those don’t exist for Conan Exiles in that way, and there’s no difference between using his or your account on your own PC. If you want to find the problem, you need to see if the problem lies with connecting to your PC, or if it’s with your colleague.

We played in Co-op in a threesome on the game a colleague with a problem, we can join his game, he could not join our

Where can I check this connection problem?

I don’t know really, but the first thing to do is get more data.

So, you are “Player A”.
Your colleague who can’t connect to you is “Player B”
Your other friend who you both can connect to is “Player C”

A -> C: Works
B -> C: Works
A&B -> C: Works

B -> A: Fails

I want to know about C -> A.

Can Player C connect to you? Because with only the information given here, the problem would seem to be on your side. But it’s a supposition only.

C-> A works
(C and A We live together)
B-> C, B->A dont work
A->B, A->C work
C -> B, C->A work

:sweat_smile:

Okay so A and C are on the same network, and B can connect to neither. That would suggest the problem is with A/C’s network, quite possibly on the modem.

thx Do you know how to fix it

No sorry I don’t know enough to give you useful advice there. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable can jump in. But it’s probably something related to ports being closed that should be open.

Thx now I will check the modem settings
