Ps4 ingame voice chat issues

I have the following problem. the ingame voice chat worked perfectly for me and my friend another Friend joined the server and he could neither hear us nor we could hear him. after i logged out my colleague could hear him i then Logged with my secon account and heard both. after i logged in again with my main account they could still hear each other but i coulndt hear them . how to fix this couse it will ruin our roleplay expirence incredibly

I don’t know much about the voice chat so I don’t have a solution for you but you can always use party chat as a workaround.
