PS4 official PvE-C #3828, now this one isn’t loading

Problem: [Crash]
Region: [N Am official 3828]

It seems this server has now been hit by what many have seen happening on theirs.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

1. Log onto your fav official PvE-Conflict server, in my case #3828
2. Load screen bar fills to end, then hangs.
3. Touch down arrow & get Error CE-34878-0
4. Rinse, repeat until frustration sends one off to read a book.
