Very happy to see the DLC was finally available but when I purchased and downloaded, it is not showing up anywhere. Tried to get online but most of the American official servers are down and in offline mode I checked the admin panel and no content even though it says it’s installed. Anyone else having this issue?

Due to an issue with patching the content for the Treasures of Turan pack it is not yet available in-game. We are working on fixing the issue as soon as possible. We apologise for this inconvenience.
Thank you for your quick response. Really appreciate it. Do you expect that to be today or are we looking at days to see the fix? Should I uninstall the DLC or will it update automatically when the issue is corrected? Excited to be able to use the new content.
Once the patch is out, your game will update automatically. If you have the DLC already purchased, it should also automatically unlock. Please be aware that you’ll need to learn the feats for those new pieces before being able to use them (as in previous DLC packs).
We aim to release the patch as soon as possible, but it’ll depend on how quick the certification process is completed.
