Treasures of Turan not unlocked with Year 2 Pass

I purchased the Year 2 Pass on the Xbox store, clicked install, the pass appears to install but instead it installs Treasure of Turan. Problem is when in game none of its content is showing that its installed or downloaded. So it’s like the year 2 pass isn’t there to unlock the Treasures of Turan pack. So when the hell can I expect to get what I paid for with this pass? Microsoft said it was up to Funcom to fix it.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Log into the game and see that the pack is not available to me even though the management screen says I have it installed
