It shows that I have both purchased it and installed it in the Microsft store but in game it has the little green arrow icon thing in the feats window. This is on Xbox One. So who is the incompetent party here? Microsoft or Funcom? Because I’m getting tired of everything g being such a labored endeavor. I game for enjoyment and entertainment, not to earn to be tech support.

Funcom are in talks with Microsoft regarding the issue. There is a topic about it in the bugs reports
