Punching Daggers cannot be equipped with mods from the Tinker’s Bench

Bug Description:

Punching Daggers are not able to be equipped with any sort of modification from the Tinker’s Bench.

Bug Reproduction:

After creating the Punch Daggers, if I try to either move the modification over the weapon or use the radial wheel it says that the “item cannot be moved”.
