Hi,
Pure Aloe Extract were unable to pick up from my own dead body.
You have to do it manualy, not by pressing F. Just open dead-body inventory and you’ll be able to pick up it.
Same with Legendary stuff, you have to E and take it out.
For some reason you can’t pick up legendary and a lot of epic stuff from dead players, including your former yourself on the Exiled land too. You have to highlight it and put it into your inventory manually.
