Bug Description:

When Unlocking Cage after purge sometimes cage will says its empty after leaving the area and comeback the thrall inside the cage will be out and can’t be interacted they stay there forever? not sure if forever but its been there for 3 hours

Bug Reproduction:

start purge unlock cages

Cages that says its empty will spawn the thrall when the camp disappear the thralls will have no owner and stuck at returning home mode.
will disappear after 5+hours.
