Official PVE-C server 1819 is down or disconnected 3-4 times a week for at least an hour each time. funcom you have 1 job and its not the difficult, you make plenty of money to be able to keep your servers up and alive so what is your excuse for letting your servers go down and stay down for hours or days at a time. Have you tried paying the people who monitor the servers because they seem to be sleeping on the job…often.

There is no active moderation of Official servers.
You should submit a Helpshift ticket under Server Performance to alert them that there is an issue.
